How can i report a user who is always changing team in same league to stop transfers?

I have a query about a user who is always changing from team to another so that he stops the transfers which other managers do.

This is the user who everyone can easily see that he is always changing team in World Championship 939.
Are these actions from this user considered as legit? Because this seems as if he has another account in this league and he doesn't want others to buy players.

What you can do is report him for having multiple accounts. Then you explain the situation to the SMFA and ask them to block the user. That should do it.
