How do I make suggestions on game improvements???

Additional Details

I have just had an international match where my team won 9-0, yet a player that had four assists only got a rating of 6.
I have also had many games similar where I have won by large margains and yet players have got low ratings, even when scoring two/three goals, or when have set up two/three.
This would not happen in real life and as this game is trying to be realistic, I would like to point this flaw out. I'm just not sure how??
