One of my biggest pet peeves in this game, and a very unfair loophole in my opinion - if you have placed a bid, and it is accepted, another manager can ruin the deal simply by using another/dummy/friend account to take control of that team, then quit the team the same day. The result is the same - the deal is blocked, and at least another 7 days has to go by before you can bid again. As far as I am concerned this is a flaw/BUG in the game, but if I report it, it gets closed/ignored.
I have multiple ideas how this could be addressed with rule changes, but no idea where or how to submit it, and I'm highly doubtful that they would listen anyway. In my opinion, it's too easy to join and leave a club - no commitment, no reason to discourage this from happening.
Same thing happening to me in GW 6124, tried reporting the guy but he has now done it 3 times. SM have done nothing, out bid him for gomez, muller and now tevez. he just takes over the managerless team with another account and immediately resigns. The report by SM has been closed but it doesnt look like they have done a thing. there is no way of reporting this. the account he uses to block is h m, he is sh b managing barca.
h m has resigned as the manager of Dortmund.
Dortmund have appointed h m as the clubs new manager.
h m has decided to resign from Stuttgart after 0 games in charge.
Tue 10 April
h m has become the new Stuttgart manager.

Well unfortunately these things happen all the time. There is no way for us to suggest any changes to SM. You do see sometimes some fools who don't want to play just manage a club for a day or two and then leave. I don't believe its cheating. Just stay positive and try again if the possibility opens. If you are bidding for a player of a big club then you are sometimes likely to get disappointed as people always want to manage the big teams.
