Is it possible to get a tutor? I really need to get an answer to the questions written in the details :(

I really need a tutor, I don't know how contracts, condition, morale work and how to send a player in (and the other out) of the game, in the middle of the game? I've played games like this before but none with condition and morale, so please, help. :( Thanks in advance!

    Ok,
    Morale = how happy the player is at your club, this depends on current contract (running out) and if he feels he is not getting enough match time in games.

    Condition = This is basically "Match Fitness" if a player is playing a lot or tough games then this will decrease and the player will under perform.

    Other Problem = If you go to "Tactics" then you will and option called "In-Game Instructions" this is where you can choose which Subs you wish to come on at which time and even depending on the score.
