How can Soccer Manager decide to reduce the rating of Didier Drogba? I think its a bad decision... This lad was wonderful in the European Champions League... I thought they will increase hes rating...

I am not clear from your question whether you want to complain, or to report a bug.
If you would like to report a bug then send a bug ticket (click Report Bug on the let of this screen). Just politely state the facts and it should be addressed and fixed in due course.
If you actually need to complain about service (perhaps because SM have failed to deal with an issue you have already reported?) then you could drop me a line if you like and I will pass it on.
99/100 times though you are best using the bug ticket service if having any problems with functions in the game.
