hi i have left the game for a long time.now i cant respond any transfer bids i cant make any offer with my new club.pls help me.

This may be because your bank balance is too low or this may be because your Chairman has taken care of those things. Sometimes a player will want to leave and you cannot make a decision against this so your Chairman sells the player in which you have no control.
