Additional Details
I've bid for 2 players from 2 different clubs and each time they have been blocked by SMFA? They were for players at Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
The SMFA will generally block deals if they think there is a link between your account and the account(s) of the managers you are trying to buy players from.

Could you possibly add more detail, this could be for a couple a reasons.
1) Your chairman or the other clubs chairman may have felt unhappy with this deal.
2) You did not have sufficient funds
