One of the managers in 1of the setups that I am competing in has not logged in since December 15th: I was under the impression that 30 days without logging in was the maximum limit.
What happens now he's passed the limit?
good question! i made excatly the same question! There managers thant seems that dont play anymore and its dificult to buy new players because they dont answer

This sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
