I don't get concerns

recently i have had players on concern so I play them every game to decrease the concern and their level still increases.
I have another case where toni kroos got concerns so i played him every game after that to decrease his level, he then gets injured for 7 weeks, after 3 weeks of his injury his concern level increases and he still has 4 weeks left of injury, i don't understand how an injury could be a reason to increase concern levels.
please give me an explanation as this is bull. thanks

I don't understand that either. I took the control over Manchester Un from the computer and I have several player with levels 4 and 5 of concerns. I don care about low rated palyers but there is a few players with rating above 93 and dont want to loose them, but i dont think I can do much about it. I think this is some bug that should be fixed. How can I write a letter directly to SM maintenance, did you know?
