The ENTIRE point of loans is to get young younger players who you know are going to be stars get loaned out to smaller clubs so they get more playing time. What is the point of having a player like Neymar who is rated 90, but not as good as Ronaldo or Messi, so can't get to play in the same team and the Chairmen keep blocking them from going out on loan. It just makes no sense to me.
It seems to me the SMFA IS MAKING ITS OWN RULES UP, because i had the same thing happen to one of my teams where i could not loan out 89/90 rated players but could in a different game world i could i think the SMFA is just helping other managers who cannot be bothered to spend time looking for players of the future so what is the use of buying young players to see how the develope, as you only have to sell them as they only get concerns.
