why cant i send normal questions to the SMFA? and get personal respons?

I think there should be an way to write to the SMFA about something that bothers an person in the game, and then get an personal respons and not just an we have looked and cant see anything..

were are the real people in the SMFA?

And why cant we turn in an deal if one have turned it in allready? we should ALL be able to do this, even do they will give same answer back!

    I'm afraid they don't have the sort of time, they have loads to do and answering questions all day just wouldn't be possible. I would advise to you that if you do have any questions that you ask them on the soccer manager forum. There's a lot of people that can help you there and soccer manager do listen to what people have to say in the forum in terms of updating the game.
