Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Why is there no youth team competition?

this would allow you to see how the youngsters are progressing and give one or two of them first team action if they deserve it.

The other guy didn't get your question, you're asking why is there no under 21s match alongside the normal matches, I think this would be a great idea too.

On the player there is a squad status. You click that and it said send into youth team. you press yes and that should do it!. Message me if you have any problemd ;)
