Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

SM advised me to use the 'edit' option for Menez, Vorsah and Radu, but they are all rated over 87????????

It would appear that those entrusted with answering the questions of the paying members are not familiar with the rules of their own game!!!!
Yesterday I voiced my frustrations regarding player positions being very regularly inaccurate. In particular in reference to loans as chairmen only take into consideration primary positions. I used 3 players in one of my set ups as an example, Jeremy Menez, Isaac Vorsah and Stefan Radu. All of whom are inaccurately represented in game. The response I got was "there are thousands of players, it is impossible, we rely on community support. Please go to the 'edit' option recommend changes there". The 2 problems I have with this are 1, the 'edit' option does not apply to players rated 87 or above (Menez, Vorsah and Radu are all 87 and above), so that advice is completely useless!!! 2, is that when I use the 'edit' option SM reject it and threaten me with a ban from using the option again. Even though I have a URL from the players official club website which shows SM to be incorrect. So tell me... where do we go from here? I want to help but it seems SM take advice as personal attacks rather than constructive support!!!!

If the players are rated over 87, then only SM can make edits to these players. The "big" clubs are re-rated every 3 months, so within due time, SM will make changes if they feel necessary. The last changes to the "big" clubs were about a month or so ago.
