I have a very big club with 70 players currently already loaned out and roughly 15 currently loan listed. However these players have been on the loan list for what seems like forever, unmanageable clubs and unmanaged clubs no longer make loan requests to me for my players. Have I saturated the market and no one needs loaned players, or is there a cap at 70 players that you can send out on loan?
Unlimited of corse. Someone in my league has 115 people on loan!

There is no cap and I make full use of that. One one team I have around 150 players loaned out which saves me about £76m in wages per season.
