I agree with Jeremy Madrigal. Players over 90 are generally a key part of a team and a chairman would lose their mind at the thought of loaning away their best players. I doubt Daniel Levy would be too pleased to see Gareth Bale go out on loan, Uli Hoeneß (I think that's his name)would give birth to kittens before loaning out Franck Ribéry. Realistically players of that quality aren't the sort to be loaned out. The players themselves would probably have to big an ego to allow that to happen anyway in real life, would probably put in a transfer request at the thought of it! haha

Your chairman more than likely sees the player(s) as a key part of your team.
