Where can I make a game related complaint to soccer manager?

I am getting furious. My two main teams were cruising at the top of their respective leagues and combined, they hadn't lost a game in over 30 games, winning most of them. Since then, they haven't won a game, with each team gaining about 2 points from 7 or 8 games. I changed nothing so something is wrong.

Try changing your tactics a bit, just like Pep Guardiola, he's always adapting according to the situation. In SM something works against one team, doesn't work against another
