If you are in a standard game world, go to club list, find your desired team, and click apply, you can't do it if the team have a manager or their chairman have offered the job to a manager. If you are in a custom game world, quit the team you are manager of, and then find the club in that game world you want to manage and manage it before any other manager arrives.
