I ve now got a new club nd i want to join CONNECT LEAGUE by using that cuub but when i try it , it always says MAXIMUM 4 CONNECT LEAGUE JOINED..

The answer is in the title! You can only have 4 connect games at a time. I think it depends on how many clubs you manage. For example I manage 30 clubs and can only have 20 connect games at a time. Once you have joined a league you cannot quit.
