Why does my player concern rise over lack of games?

Additional Details

Over the last week, I've had two players, who always start in my team, have concerns over lack of games. Why are they having concerns if they're playing every game, and how am I meant to remove these concerns?

    If you keep playing them then their concern will drop eventually but it will take more than a couple of matches.

    To quickly remove/address their concerns, you can select that player and negotiate his contract wherein the players agent will state he will make the concerns go away for a particular wage. You can try that if you really want to have their morale up or if the concern level is too high.
