I would like to calculate exactly how much do I need to play a player that is not happy. We are about to switch to a new season, and he is at the level 4. Hi next decision about his unhappiness / happiness will be after the 10th round in the next season. How many games he could have possibly played in back into the old season he would take into consideration before making his decision? He would most certainly not be thinking only about the first ten games in the new season.
Thanks in advance
most of your players expect to play 7 out of 10 games... use this as a guide the concerns will lower in time or the quick fix is sell the player and buy the same skill player... then after the transfer ban is up go and get him back

the player takes in the past seasons. it also depends on his rating! most players over 93+ will want to play a minimum of 28/29+ games a season. the higher rated players and more challenging and expect to play in most games. so if he's at level 4 already he's pretty much a gone player and better off selling him. unless your willing to pay him stupid amount of money to drop his concern and pay over the top for wages he not worth it.
