Question
Why is SM refusing me to trade Dzeko (24yrs, 92rated) for Hummels (22yrs, 90 rated) and Ballotelli (19yrs, 89rated).

Additional Details
I have a star studded team and he has many strikers higher rated and defenders too. I have not used Dzeko this season and put him on the reserves. I am now putting him on T.L.
Answers
The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
