New custom Game World problem !

Additional Details

I have created my custom Game World - New_Game_World_Rich_Clubs, ID: 249593 and we are 4 managers in it for the moment. They ask me when it will start. What answer should I give them ?

    It said on th free gameworld, i was ofered you need at least 8 managers, i can't even click on mine, comes up with error.
