Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

i also am annoyed when managers dont respond to transfer bids. their should be a time limit and if no response player should be sold< its not hard to say no

why is the number of players in a squad not limited like they do in the English Premiership. Also there are a lot of managers who do not even bother to either accept or reject transfers, why the bad mannares?
