like how i would pay my current gold membership
2- can i set the transfer budget for each club
3- are there any threads i may find helpful already on this??? ( i dont know how
to find them)

1) You pay only once. You do not pay each month.
2) You can't set the transfer budget for each club. You can set the game world economy though. I don't know whether setting a very rich game world economy as opposed to a normal economy would affect the starting budget. I suspect it does but i'm not 100% on this.
3) Not sure if there are threads. I couldn't find any when i recently set up a custom game world.
4) Rules can be changed at the start of each season. If your setting up league for mates don't have SMFA monitoring transfers. Get the start of season rules correct at first attempt. I didn't and ended up getting a transfer window where i didn't want one :-( If you're setting up a private application or public league bear in mind that you won't have any control over managers once they join. You can't reverse any dodgy transfers or remove anyone playing unfairly. They can be reported to SMFA though. Consider having a ban on signing players from unmanaged clubs in the 1st season if not many clubs will be taken at the start. It might put off potential managers if a squad has lost it's best players.
