how can a manager average over 3 points ?

Additional Details

in manager tables it says the manager has averaged say 5.45 points how is this possible if a win is only worth 3 points

    It's simple. You just have to learn this: a win is worth 3 points in a league sistem, not in the managers rating evaluation. I once got 10 points in 1 game...
