I have recently asked a club if I can take one of there players on loan, that they have made available to be loaned out and put on the loan list. This was a week ago and I still have not heard anything back.
I am in the division below so there is no harm in loaning me the player, so i was wondering I'd there were anything that could be done???
It is the manager's choice whether to ignore or respond to transfer requests. In real life, managers are free to ignore transfer requests from other teams, but they pay the consequences of having bad relations with that squad.
