Additional Details
i'm new to the game and have alot of young players now in my squad. most of which are average 75.
Players' ratings only increase (or decrease) based upon real life form.
The only thing that you can do to youngsters to improve their performance is to keep them happy, and this is done by playing them or giving them improved contracts.
However, rating is generally considered to be more important than morale in determining results, so you need to bear this in mind before fielding your youth.
Most managers buy youth because they expect the ratings of these players to increase. This is often true but it is not wise to buy youth at random; have a look on the forum for help and advice on players to buy and sell.
