what happens if a player gets a 5 level concern being loan out

i have a good team but dont have room for all of them
I loaned some out but they have a level3 concern does it matter or not

    Once a player hits Level 5 they will request a transfer and your chairman will then handle the deal (i.e you cannot pick which offer to choose, the chairman picks the best one).

    So, yes, it matters.
