I suspect that one person is picking more then one teams.

Additional Details
Look at the recent activity and how the teams of West Bromwich Albion, Portsmouth, Aston Villa, Sheffield United, Charlton Athletic, Cardiff City, Middlesbrough, have been picked up. I strongly believe that there is some irregularity and cheating going on in these league.
