no teb that is not the reason. the reason being that they just block any bids that are made and accepted basically straight away, or block bids that are made by a new manager straight away as soon as he joins a gameworld. that's exactly whats happened to me

The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
Perhaps you are sharing IP addresses of have done in the past. This is the most frequent cause of a deal looking "dubious" to the SMFA, but it could be many other things.
