in the game world, how often are the players overall levelsupdated, as i am rochdale and would like to purchase some of the current rochdale players but i feel they are not a highenough quality for my team, as it hasnt been updated

Players in the most prominent leagues (top divisions in England, Germany, Italy, Spain) are reviewed roughly 3 times a year. Players in some of the less prominent top divisions are reviewed roughly twice a year, whilst the lower leagues would be re-rated roughly once a year. Having said that, I would stress that's a very rough guide and SM are working on making a more fluid system
