I agree with Ally. Minutes are not the only factor in judging a player's rating. In addition, if you are referring to Marco Rossi of Bari, then Bari got relegated to Serie B, which would add to reasons for his rating to drop.

He may be playing alot but his performances may not be the best , the club as a whole may not be playing well, not playing on the international stage as much or they have been unsuccesful in competitions. These have an affect I.e , some West Ham players ratings will go down cus the club has been relegated
