I had an agreement to sign a player after his transfer ban expired, the manager is now refusing to do the deal, what can i do?

Additional Details

I sold him Arshavin for $40m and he was to sell me Di Maria for Chygrynski and $ when the transfer ban expired, and now is refusing to to the deal.

Where/how can I report this

    You could try contacting SM via their email address contactus@soccermanager.com and try to explain your situation.

    You will at least need some kind of concrete evidence of your agreement such as an in-game PM. Emails from outside websites would not count; they must be SM-affiliated messages.

    In any case, I cannot guarantee that SM will take any action or respond to your query, but you can try.
