Manager of the month/fortnight?

I thought it would be a nice idea to do some kind of Manager of the month award, lor even of the fortnight as we play two games a week.
I was wanting to know peoples thoughts on this and what you think the reward whould be?

Yes that would be a good idea. Maybe the reward could be £1 million paid into your clubs account or even be given a good prospect youth player
