Whren the SM examines the players rating ?

Additional Details

I have a player who is concerned about his lack of games at Level 1: Minor Concern, which happened at 17 June(yesterday). When the SM will examine again if the player will drop to level 0 or go to level 2 ?

    When they will review the league were that player plays.
    For example: You have Luis Anderson from Manchester.
    He is going to drop or gain a level when the next English Premier League is going to be reviewed that is about 3-5 months from now.Cheers ;)
