Why have I not received any money from the external team that I sold my Player to?

Additional Details
I sold one of my players to real madrid in game who are an external club. The player has moved club but I did not receive any money for him. Why? and I really need that money.

This sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
