Any idea what to do in this situation?
Sometimes the SM staff gets swamped with bug tickets, database changes, emails, shop queries, etc. I also have a bug ticket pending. I would just be patient and sooner or later your ticket will be answered.
Keep in mind that tickets from Gold Managers are always answered first.
