SM can't really update any European leagues right now because there are none going on. The only real competitive football going on now is the Copa America, the MLS and pre-season training, so it's hard to update the ratings, hence why they are updating Southern American leagues, because they are the countries competing in the Copa America. Europe will be updated after August in my opinion.
