If you are genuinely interested in that club, create a second profile that has no link to your current on and take over the club by checking the availability everyday. As soon as it opens, join the team you want and the quit your old club out of respect for the othergameworld managers. Catch is that you quit without making a deal between the 2 clubs, then inform the managers what you have done, so you are not reported for cheating (or don't say a word and manage 2 clubs and make your current squad strong by making believable deals... not that I would do it, but it is possible).

You will have to hope that the club is offered to you by the SMFA.
Though I would hesitate to resign from your club and re-enter the Game World for the following reason:
The SMFA can prevent a manager from entering a Game World if they believe they already have an account in or are linked to an account already within the Game World. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked you to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from entering a Game World, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to try and enter another Game World.
