In my gameworld there is a team with 52 players (which i think is excessive), i get the impression that the manager buys good players for the sole purpose of keepin them away from other teams.
He also doesn't respond (accept/reject/negotiate) to transfer/ loan offers, even if he has listed them for sale/loan.
my question is:
i see this is a form of cheating personally (as it ruins the transfer market in the gameworld) but is there anythin in the rules that could help me out a bit?

No, there is not.
It is absolutely not cheating or against the rules to have a large number of players, or to ignore bids.
It is a free market and a manager's prerogative to accept/reject/negotiate or ignore as they please.Answered by
