Concern level 2 concern level

Additional Details

Ok Giggs is currently at a level 2 concern he has been for quite a while however at this stage he has played 23 games this season 15 league/ 4 cups/ 4 champs league so why won't his concern level go down? only a hand full of players in my team have played more than him and he's the only person on a concern level in my squad.

I asked a question similar to this and received this answer from one Charlie Bradford - usually 5-15 games.

    Try to use player/s with concers as much as possible.

    I would suggest more than 20 full time(non substitute) division games.
