When does your players fitness increase

Additional Details

I have been trying to choose a match day squad however my players fitness isn't increasing. When does it increase?

    You will have to change tactics and not to use the same squad all time.

    This means that if a players condition is for example Not Match Fit(NMF), do not use him in your fisrt squad, which means that you will have to let him rest for a few days.
