My 12 day gold membership has expired but why does it still say i have -1 days left?

do i have to pay now? and can i keep the international teams even though my membership expired?
Answers
Managing international teams is one of the benefits of having a gold membership and since your 12 days have expired you will need to buy a gold membership in order to keep those benefits.
