82% means he is match fit but might get more tired further into the match. I suggest you sub him off in the second half for your other right midfielder

I don't think you should play with players whose energy levels are below 90%. You are risking injury and well as poor performance. If you want then play him as a sub and give him 15 mins only if you are losing. Otherwise it would be better to just rest him and play him the next game when he is 100%.

Use him with a substitute option. Dont let him play 75 minutes.
