If your team is promoted, do you get awarded monies for it?

In the real world, if your team is promoted, they get awarded money for say winning the championship. Does the same apply in SM?

    This actually depends from your chairman and the needs that you clubs has.

    Of course, at the end of each season you will receive prize money from the SMFA dependent on your final league position. You could also receive prize money during the course of the season if you have won one of the domestic or SMFA cup competitions.

    Also, it is certain that your income will increase because you will receive more cash from gate receipts, TV money.
