A manager has been sacked from his club then the position is offered to another manager who inactive.

I want this job but it wont let me apply. what happens if the dont come on?

when a manager is sacked then the other manager who receive the offer to manage the club has 5 days to accept or reject the offer. After that period is offer is rejected automatically.
