Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Question
How about including an advanced rule option which sets the maximum number of players allowed per squad? I dislike hoarders.

Answers
There is actually a max number player rule, which is about 250 players(i am not certain for the number), plus the concerns for each player which has been implemented.
