I only joined the club a few weeks ago and I've played him in most of the matches so how do I stop it? I've already had an offer but I can't do anything about it and the Chairman is going to accept it. Just seems a bit unfair.
The answer is what "Briogaid Dearg Ultra's Eire + U.K (No1)".

You cannot stop it. If a player rating is 5, then there is not way to stop it. The chairman will sell your player.

It goes up by 1 as they become increasingly uncomfortable at the squad (usually when they are not played in games or wages aren't high enough.). It's your own fault for not checking the 'Reports' tab

If a player is unhappy at a club he will have concerns no matter the situation on whos manager, this is the correct way of doing this in my opinion, look at it like a player is unhappy in your club and not unhappy with you personlly.
