What is the best browser or internet settings to view SM?

Additional Details

It takes very long to load and it doesnt happen to other sites i visit. After loadingis completed, i realised that all the pictures cannot be seen; only words. Also, the font changes. Is it because of my settings or browser (google chrome)?
