i have a player who when i took over the club had a concern level of four for lack of games, i have played him in each and every game since then but hes level still wont go down, this is the second season nd counting. i dont want to sell him though
Unfortunately, you will have to sell him. I had the same problem with Theo Walcott, I ended up selling him for 27M

You will have to wait. The concern levels take time to decrease. Although if he is at level 4 then you will have to be very careful coz he could demand a transfer anytime. Just try to keep playing him in a good majority of games and the level will come down. Try not to lose too much sleep over it.
